Privacy Policy
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how SeenFR ("seenfr.official", "we", "us") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal data when you use the SeenFR platform (the "Platform"), in connection with our Terms of Service.
This Policy applies to Creators, Marketers, and visitors browsing the Platform.
2. Personal Data We Collect
2.1 Provided directly by you
- Account information: full name, email address, phone number, password (stored hashed)
- Creator profile data: date of birth, photo, location (country/city), niches, languages, bio, gender, age range, content formats, posting frequency, follower counts, engagement rates, availability, pricing, audience demographics, social media handles and links
- Marketer profile data: company name, company bio, products/services, profile photo
- Payment information: processed directly by our payment processor, Stripe: SeenFR does not store full card numbers
- Messages exchanged with other Users through the Platform's chat feature
- Campaign and deliverable information submitted through the Campaign Tracker (post URLs, screenshots, self-reported stats)
2.2 Collected automatically
- Profile view activity: when a Marketer views a Creator's profile, we log this (including IP address for anonymous/logged-out viewers, for duplicate-view detection only)
- Device and usage data: browser type, general access logs, timestamps
- Cookies and similar technologies: see Section 7
2.3 From third parties
- Verification confirmation from our phone/SMS verification service provider, confirming successful phone OTP verification (no message content is shared with us)
- Payment confirmation data from our payment processor (e.g. subscription status, transaction confirmation): not full payment card details
3. How We Use Personal Data
- To create and manage your account, including phone and email verification
- To operate the Creator-Marketer discovery and matching functionality, including the credit-unlock system
- To facilitate messaging and campaign tracking between Users
- To process payments and manage subscriptions
- To generate AI-assisted creator profile summaries using a third-party AI service provider: based on profile data you provide, used to help Marketers quickly understand a Creator's profile; not used to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you
- To send transactional emails (e.g. verification, billing, campaign notifications) via a third-party email delivery service
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, duplicate accounts, and Terms of Service violations
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service
- To improve the Platform, including aggregate/anonymized analytics
4. How We Share Personal Data
We do not sell personal data. We share personal data only as follows:
- With other Users, as necessary for the Platform to function: e.g. a Marketer who unlocks a Creator's profile gains access to that Creator's contact details, statistics, and social links; a Creator sees a Marketer's company name, bio, and profile when messaged
- With service providers who process data on our behalf, under contract, solely to provide their service to us: including a cloud database hosting provider (data hosted in the Asia-Pacific region), a payment processor, a phone/SMS verification service, an email delivery service, a third-party AI service provider for profile summary generation, and a cloud application hosting provider.
- Where required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections
5. Data Retention
We retain personal data for as long as your account is active, and for up to twelve (12) months afterward to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, unless a longer period is required by applicable law (for example, financial and transaction records may be subject to statutory minimum retention periods).
Profile view logs used for anonymous-viewer deduplication are retained for a short rolling window (48 hours), consistent with the operational purpose of preventing duplicate view counts.
6. Your Rights
Regardless of your location, you may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and to raise questions or objections about how it is processed. We will respond in accordance with applicable data protection law in your jurisdiction. Some rights may be subject to exceptions: for example, where retention is required by law or necessary to resolve an active dispute.

7. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication (keeping you logged in), security, and basic analytics. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
8. International Data Transfers
SeenFR's primary infrastructure is hosted in the Asia-Pacific region. Some service providers described in Section 4 may process data outside this region as part of delivering their service to us (for example, payment processing or AI-assisted features). We take reasonable steps to ensure such providers maintain appropriate data protection standards.
9. Children's Privacy
The Platform is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. Creator accounts require date of birth collection at signup for age verification purposes. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18, and will delete such data if we become aware it has been collected in error.
10. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted storage of passwords, role-based access controls on our systems, and secure processing of payment data through a PCI-compliant payment processor. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Marketing Communications
We may send you product updates, tips, or promotional communications related to the Platform. You can opt out of non-essential communications at any time via the unsubscribe link included in those emails, or through your account settings. We will continue to send essential transactional communications (e.g. billing notices, security alerts) regardless of marketing preferences.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Platform or email prior to taking effect.
